Having white teeth is the essence of a beautiful smile. Smiling gives us the confidence to to make new friends, conquer job interviews, and just simply to be happy. I love to smile! My teeth are not the whitest but I am not against trying whitening toothpaste, whitening strips, or whitening mouthwash. There are so many whitening products on the market. I have tried this product for a month and a half and I have noticed a slight difference in my oral health. As you can see from the photo above, the product is in a white pill form and the pill has a minty taste. It did not leave a aftertaste in my mouth like other pills do which is a plus for me. I brush my teeth first and as per the directions on the bottle, you are to take one or two pills directly after brushing and that is exactly what I did and waited 30 minutes before I ate or drank anything. You do not have to take the pill with any water all you have to do is chew it and  like that because if I had to take with water, I probably would forget to take it daily. Since it is a probiotic, it did help with my stomach issues as with any probiotic that I take. I was diagnosed with GERD so I get acid reflux frequently. One thing that I did notice that is starting to diminish is when I brush my teeth, my gums in certain areas start to bleed. I usually experience this a few times a week but now I noticed it happening less which is a plus for me. I have not noticed any whitening of my teeth and that is not to say that it won't happen over time with continuous use it won't happen. My mouth definitely felt fresher as far as my breath and my teeth feeling squeaky clean. I am not one who gets frequent ear infections, but with the change in weather being hot and cold here where I live (NC) it helped in me not getting any colds.

Would this be a product that I would continue to use? The answer is Yes! I feel that over time with continuous use, I would be able to see some of the whitening benefits but felt that one bottle was not enough to judge that benefit.
