I am all for getting fit and healthy! I love learning about healthy ways to get more nutrition into my system. With drinking green smoothies for breakfast and lean meats for lunch and dinner, I am always looking for ways to make them more tasty. That is where the Superfood Bundle comes in!  I love smoothies, especially green smoothies where I can have some of my greens put into a blender and drink them. Along with adding greens, I love to add some fruit and some protein. So I add one tablespoon of the Superfood Spirulina and one tablespoon of the Vitamin C powder (both are organic) to give my smoothies a super boost! InstaNatural Lemon and Peppermint Essential Oils Review

I love fragrance! My home has all kinds of candles, plug-in fragrance devices, and sprays. I have always been a person who loves scents. Scents to me is so inviting for a home. I never got into essential oils but always wanted to learn about them and reap the many benefits that they offer for homeopathic healing. I love the scent of lavender which is very calming. Essential oils have some amazing benefits from adding shine to your hair, helping you with dry skin, and health benefits. InstaNatural Peppermint and Lemon Essential Oil

The two essential oils that I had the pleasure of reviewing are InstaNatural's Peppermint and Lemon Essential Oils. Each bottle holds 4 fl oz and a dropper was included for each bottle.  When I received the box, I could literally smell the peppermint essential oil through the packaging! Now that is strong! That is not a bad thing for me! The bottles are glass so be careful when opening. I was really surprised at the size of the bottles because I thought that I was going to get a little sample size to review but the bottles were a nice size! The essential oil in each bottle is really potent because I could smell them and the caps were on the bottles so I took the caps off of each bottle and placed the dropper caps into each one.

InstaNatural Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon Essential Oil is extracted from the rinds of lemon, which lends its fresh citrus fragrance. This cold-pressed oil has a strong bright scent that is both refreshing and uplifting. Its astringent and purifying properties also make it a great aid to help cleanse and tone the skin, while delivering a boost of Vitamin C antioxidant benefits. I added one or two drops to my cotton ball with some witch hazel to tone my skin after I have cleansed my face. I love it! It is refreshing and gives my face such a glow before I put on my moisturizer and eye gel which are also by InstaNatural. Also, if I used this essential oil with a little water in a spray bottle and lightly mist my carpet in my bedroom or around my home after I vacuum for a refreshing scent.

InstaNatural Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint Essential Oil is a multi-purpose oil that cools, energizes and refreshes the body and mind. This steam-distilled oil is extracted from dried or fresh leaves from the Mentha Piperita herb, giving it a sharp, menthol fragrance. Its pleasantly sweet and minty aroma makes it a premium choice for aromatherapy to improve the mind and lift the spirits. I used about 20 drops of this essential oil into my coconut oil that I use for my hair and I love to massage my scalp with it. The coconut oil is a carrier oil that works great with an essential oil. My hair loves coconut oil so I know that peppermint oil can stimulate the blood flow to the scalp when massaged in. This is the best combination for my hair since I have been transitioning to natural for 14 months. I love how it makes my scalp tingle!  I also love to just smell this oil if I feel a little down and want a pick me up of energy and it does the trick in perking me up!

These essential oils are 100% natural and steam distilled. Please make sure that you store these bottles in a cool, dark place and dilute it appropriately as it is very potent so do not use it straight out of the bottle! Essential oils work great with a carrier oil like coconut or extra virgin olive oil so please do your research thoroughly! Also, research to find other beneficial uses for these essential oils. I have now found some great essential oils and I will be going on InstaNatural's website to purchase some other essential oils!
