Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies Review

Having good, healthy hair is every women's dream. I know growing up, I always wanted long, flowing hair! So when I got old enough to put a relaxer in my hair, I jumped at the chance. I was 13 years old. I was so happy! My hair was long (shoulder length) and it felt so soft! When I received the product, I was so anxious to get started taking them so that my hair would get stronger so that it would grow. The product has NO Artificial Flavor, Milk, Lactose, Soy, Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, or Fish and it is Sodium Free! How Awesome! The Optimal Solutions line was designed for women by women offering a simple way to target the areas that mean the most to them. That is enough to for me to try this product. I received a full sized bottle with 80 gummies. It was strawberry flavored and you take 2 gummies per day with food. The gummies tasted great! I was pleasantly surprised! Also, with the product being gummies you always have a concern that it would get stuck in-between your teeth but not with this product! I didn't experience any adverse effects with taking this product. My nails were very brittle and would grow to a certain length and then break off.
