Having good digestive health is so important for a women's overall health. But what about her Urinary Tract and Vaginal health? What if I told you that there is a Probiotic that helps with not only with Digestive Health but Urinary and Vaginal Health as well? Well, let me introduce you to Flora Bloom by Intimate Rose.

Intimate Rose Flora Bloom Women's Health Probiotic

Intimate Rose Flora Bloom Women's Health Probiotic is a dietary supplement geared towards women's Digestive, Urinary, and Vaginal health. Didn't know that there was a probiotic that could do all of that, huh!? Well, there is! Just two capsules per day is all that you need. This probiotic is to help promote a healthy floral balance for women by combining a PRE and PRO biotic which work together to absorb the nutrients and increase the performance of your digestive system with the added ingredients of Cranberry and D-Mannose. Sometimes in women, our pH levels in our vagina become elevated due to stress, sexual intercourse, or certain antibiotics which can wreck havoc on our system. Flora Bloom helps to balance a woman's flora to help reduces vaginal odor, discharge, redness, and itching which is aggravated by sexual intercourse. Our urinary tract benefits from this probiotic as well with the added ingredient of lactobacillus strains of CFU's scientifically combined to improve vaginal, bladder, and urinary health potentially reducing the risk of Urinary Tract infections, Bacterial Vaginosis, Vaginitis, and Yeast. This probiotic also helps to reduce adhesion of bacteria to the urinary tract to decrease "bad" bacteria while acting as an antioxidant to refresh and cleanse the body. This probiotic is also safe for pregnant women but please check with your primary doctor first before taking any type of medication.

My experience with taking this probiotic is a positive one! I take two capsules first thing in the morning before I eat anything because it has been stated that probiotics work best on an empty stomach. I get no aftertaste from taking these capsules which is a plus for me. I really don't like taking pills but my health is so important to me, I will definitely get over it. I have noticed an improvement in my digestive health because I have been diagnosed with GERD and my acid reflux has been reduced. I do feel that taking this dietary supplement overtime will definitely help to control my acid reflux and my urinary tract and vaginal health will be healthy.

If you are in the market for a Probiotic that will help with your digestive system and with the added benefit of helping your Urinary and Vaginal health as well, then give Intimate Rose Flora Bloom Women's Health Probiotic a try. Bet you didn't know that these 10 Movies were Filmed in Boston!

10 Movies Filmed in Boston

If you’re a film fanatic like me, you probably know that the setting of the film is often
one of the most important details.  Boston, Massachusetts has long been a favorite
city for filmmakers due to its historic buildings and rich cultural background.  In fact,
some of my personal favorite movies were shot in Boston. Here are 10 movies that
you may not know were filmed in Boston.

10.  The Social Network

Perhaps one of David Fincher’s best films to date, The Social Network tells the true
story of how Facebook came to be, and the lawsuits that followed.  While the film is
supposed to be set at Harvard University (where Mark Zuckerberg was a student
during the time he created Facebook), the school denied most requests to film
on-location.  Most of the film’s scenes were shot on the campuses of Phillips
Academy and Milton Academy, with additional scenes being shot at Wheelock
College.

9.  Fever Pitch

Fever Pitch is a movie about a die-hard Red Sox fan, so it only makes sense
that the movie was filmed in Boston.  Filming locations include Fenway Park
and East Boston High School, as well as several other areas around the city.

8.  Mystic River

Critically-acclaimed crime film Mystic River was filmed in several different
parts of Boston, including Condor Street in East Boston, during a scene
where a young boy is abducted.  The Academy Award-winning film, directed
by Clint Eastwood, features plenty of blue-collarBoston real estate, and paints
a haunting portrait of a violent crime and the impact it has on a small Boston
neighborhood.

7.  The Boondock Saints

Cult classic action film The Boondock Saints split its filming between Boston
and Toronto, but its final scenes were all filmed in Boston.  The movie tells the
story of twin brothers who become vigilantes after killing members of the Russian
Mafia in self-defense. While the film only saw a limited theatrical release, it has
gained status as a cult-favorite since its 2000 release.

6.  Good Will Hunting

Academy Award-winning film Good Will Hunting tells the story of a mathematical
genius working as a janitor, whose abilities are discovered by an MIT professor.
Filming for the movie took place around the Greater Boston Area, and is still
recognized as one of the greatest films of all time.

5.  Love Story

Known for its famous scene in which Ryan O’Neal says “love means never having
to say you’re sorry”,1970’s romantic drama film Love Story frequently makes
appearances on lists of the greatest American films of all time.  Much of the film
was shot at Harvard University, where the two main characters first meet, as
well as several other locations in Boston.

4.  Shutter Island

Psychological thriller Shutter Island tells the story of a U.S. Marshal
(played by Leonardo DiCaprio) who sets out to investigate a psychiatric
hospital after a patient goes missing.  The film is primarily set on Shutter
Island in Boston Harbor, and the gloomy landscape lends to the overall
haunting nature of the film.

3.  Legally Blonde

Legally Blonde (one of my personal guilty pleasure movies) is about a sorority girl,
played by Reese Witherspoon, who decides to apply to Harvard University
after being dumped by her Ivy League boyfriend. While much of the movie was
filmed in Los Angeles, a few scenes were shot in and around Harvard’s campus.

2.  The Fighter

Biographical boxing film The Fighter tells the story of a professional boxer, played by
Mark Wahlberg, and his half-brother, played by Christian Bale.  The film was shot at
several locations around the Boston area, including the University of Massachusetts
and the West End Gym.

1.  The Departed

Martin Scorsese’s 2006 crime drama The Departed, a film about the Irish Mob, was
shot on location in Boston.  Filming locations include Suffolk University Law School
and the Lindemann Mental Health Center.
