Since I have been on my health journey, I am always looking for products that will help me to detox my system to help aid in its cleansing and I love to do this through drinking teas. Detox teas are just easier for me to take because they are something that I love to sip on morning, noon, and night. So I was happy to try the Dandelion Root Tea with Hibiscus and Cinnamon by Kiss Me Organics.

I loved brewing and drinking this tea! It has a cinnamon smell and it tasted kind of bland to me without something sweet in it so I always added one packet of 100% Organic Stevia and it was perfect. It has a light burgundy wine color once it has brewed in my cup. You can brew it as long as you want in your cup but just know the longer you keep the tea bag in your cup, the stronger the tea will be. I didn't mind it at all because I wanted to make sure that my system gets cleansed and this tea does just that! Always make sure that you are drinking your daily allowance of water. This tea is great to drink first thing in the morning but like I said earlier, I love to drink tea all day. I definitely felt more energized and cleansed! As with any lifestyle change, your diet plays a big part in you becoming healthy.

Radha 100% Argan Oil and 100% Fractionated Coconut Oil Review

Since I have been transitioning to natural my hair gets super dry! I rely on products that will keep my hair moisturized and shiny. I love to try different products in my hair to see how my hair will respond so when I got the opportunity to try two (2) products from Radha Beauty, I was ecstatic! Certified Organic 100% Pure Argan Oil and 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil were my products of choice.

This is a very lightweight oil just like it states! I love oils that have multiple uses and I used this oil in my hair and on my body right after my bath or shower. It does not leave me with a greasy feel and it is not a thick type of oil. I like to use in my as a pre-poo before I use any shampoo because shampoos can be really stripping to my hair and I don't like my hair too stripped unless I am clarifying it which is once a month. I also mixed this oil with Radha's 100% Fractionated Coconut Oil which I also liked. Once or twice a month I like to do what is called an "Oil rinse" where in-between washes I just wet my hair and use the argan oil or the fractionated coconut oil as a shampoo. This makes my hair so shiny! 

                                                    

Another thing that I love to do is mix oils with my 100% pure certified organic Shea butter. (This product did was not purchased through Radha Beauty.) During the winter months to combat dryness, I like to mix 1 cup of Shea butter, 1/4 cup Radha Argan Oil and 1/4 cup of Radha 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil. You can either put in a blender or use a hand blender and blend until smooth. This helps with my dry skin in the winter and added moisture to my hair.

Radha Argan Oil and Radha 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil are both some great oils! My hair especially loves both of them! I use them separately and mixed together.  Neither of the oils have an overpowering smell which is great for individuals who are sensitive to scents. Both are very lightweight so they won't weigh your hair down so these will be two oils that I will continue to use during my hair journey.

I love sipping on green tea! It just warms me up and also helps me with my weight loss journey by providing me with my water intake since I don't like to drink water. Green tea allows me to switch up my liquid intake.
