I used this product in the shower and I must say, I love the scent!! It is not an overpowering scent but if you are sensitive to scent, this is not the product for you! I love how it lingers hours after I use it so that is a major plus for me! It does contain oil in the scrub so please be very careful because it does make the bottom of your tub slippery. I use it on my legs and arms and it gives my skin such a glow from the exfoliation. It is not harsh on my skin as I exfoliate my skin and it leaves a light oil sheen on my skin which I love because I always use a oil on my skin right out the shower. I even noticed that when I wake up the next morning, I still can smell the scent on my skin! I try to exfoliate my skin once a week but I exfoliate whenever I am in the need for it.  This is a great product and will be a staple in my shower routine!
