I have tried this product for a month and a half and I have noticed a slight difference in my oral health. As you can see from the photo above, the product is in a white pill form and the pill has a minty taste. It did not leave a aftertaste in my mouth like other pills do which is a plus for me. I brush my teeth first and as per the directions on the bottle, you are to take one or two pills directly after brushing and that is exactly what I did and waited 30 minutes before I ate or drank anything. You do not have to take the pill with any water all you have to do is chew it and  like that because if I had to take with water, I probably would forget to take it daily. Since it is a probiotic, it did help with my stomach issues as with any probiotic that I take. I was diagnosed with GERD so I get acid reflux frequently. One thing that I did notice that is starting to diminish is when I brush my teeth, my gums in certain areas start to bleed. I usually experience this a few times a week but now I noticed it happening less which is a plus for me. I have not noticed any whitening of my teeth and that is not to say that it won't happen over time with continuous use it won't happen. My mouth definitely felt fresher as far as my breath and my teeth feeling squeaky clean. I am not one who gets frequent ear infections, but with the change in weather being hot and cold here where I live (NC) it helped in me not getting any colds.

Would this be a product that I would continue to use? The answer is Yes! I feel that over time with continuous use, I would be able to see some of the whitening benefits but felt that one bottle was not enough to judge that benefit. I love a good weekly facial! But sometimes I don't have the time or the funds to go get a professional facial although it would be nice sometimes. The Dead Sea Mud Mask is a detoxifier and a purifier that pulls impurities from the skin like excess oil and dirt to reveal glowing skin. It is great to expunge acne, pimples and blackheads. It also helps to restore an even skin tone for a smoother complexion. When used as a body treatment, the mud mask can soothe and relieve muscles aches and pains but I just used it on my face. In opening the jar, it does look mud and did not have a smell to me at all. As per the directions. you put on a thin layer (watching out for the eyes and lip area) and let it dry for 10-15 minutes. As the mud mask dried, my skin got really tight! That sort of let me know that it was working on drawing out those nasty impurities! After it dried, I took some warm water and a clean washcloth and used circular motion to remove the mud mask from my skin. It was fairly easy to remove and I just patted my skin dry. My skin felt soft and looked radiant! I put my usual moisturizer on because with any cleanser, you need to moisturize. You are only required to use this product once a week and it states that on the jar. I set aside one day a week as my "me time" spa day where I just pamper myself and this product has been added to my regimen! As with any product, too much can cause problems so once a week is more than sufficient to use this product. This product did not break-out my skin or irritated my skin at all. This would be a great product to use in your at home spa regimen for your "me time" or with your girls!

I love to be able to have my hair act right when I need it to. I started my hair journey on January 12, 2014 to transition from relaxers to my natural curls. I have been in the market for a conditioner that makes my hair not only soft but moisturizes as well. I have now found that product! When you are transitioning from relaxers, your new growth is much thicker than your relaxed ends if you decide not to do a BC (Big Chop). I decided that I did not want to do a BC and do a long time transition but couldn't find a good enough conditioner that my hair would respond to. Until now! I had the opportunity to try out a few of their products for my honest review and the products that were sent to me was the Insta Natural Superior Hydration Argan Oil Hair Mask (8 oz), Insta Natural 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil (4 oz), and Insta Natural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum (1 oz). I love them all!

Insta Natural Superior Hydration Argan Oil Hair Mask is a hair mask that can be used as a deep conditioner and a regular conditioner. It simply has 5 (yes 5) key ingredients: Argan Oil, Amino Acid Complex, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, and Vitamin B5.  This intensive blend full of organic ingredients also serves to strengthen hair to defend against heat damage and other external aggressors. I decided to use it as a deep conditioner. As per the directions, you are to use it on damp, clean hair and leave on between 5-15 minutes. I decided leave it in overnight for a really deep conditioning of my hair. A little goes a long way when you just finger it through your hair strands and place a plastic cap so that your body's natural heat can warm up the mask. I rinsed it out the next morning and then I used the Insta Natural 100% Certified Organic Argan Oil to add some shine to my hair, and styled my hair as usual. I was really surprised at how easy it was to comb through my hair with less breakage and tangles of my relaxed ends because that is my biggest issue! The smell of the Insta Natural Superior Hydration Argan Oil Hair Mask is not overpowering and it sort of smells like a mixture of oranges and chocolate. Which I liked because I am not a fan of products that have an overpowering smell or don't smell good at all!

The second product that I had the pleasure of trying was the Insta Natural 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil. This oil is virgin and cold pressed. I love that it is pure and organic because I don't like to put anything in my hair or body that is not pure and organic. To me, it doesn't really have a smell. It is not too thick and along with putting on my damp hair, I also used it on my body as soon as I got out of the shower before I dried off. It didn't leave me greasy and left my skin smooth and soft. I like to add my favorite scented lotion or body butter on top of my oil for extra moisture.

                                                        

The last product that I had the pleasure of trying was the Insta Natural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum. Its use is for flawless and youthful skin. This product has 20% Vitamin C, 3.5% Niacinamide, 2.5% Retinol, and 2% Salicylic Acid. I like the smell because it smells like oranges. I use this serum in the morning and at night before I go to bed. I cleanse my face and then I use a toner. After my face has dried from the toner, I put about 10 drops (serum has a liquid dropper) in the palm of my hand and rub together and I just pat it into my skin and neck. I follow it up with my normal face moisturizer as per the directions on the bottle. I have noticed that my skin is looking brighter but haven't noticed any clearing of some dark spots that are on my neck but I have only been using this product for a little while but I definitely notice the brightness of my facial skin.

                                                           

I personally am in love with all three of these products and definitely will be repurchasing these items because they are now my new staples in my beauty regimen. The curlers are black with velvet and they have hot pink clips to hold your hair in place.

Now we really don't have a lot of time in the mornings to spend on our hair if we are pressed for time! So the Remington T|Studio Pink Silk Setter is perfect to get that perfect curl in minutes instead of sleeping in rollers all night.  When you wake up, just plug into a standard wall socket and as per the instructions, it takes 90 seconds to heat up but for maximum curl, let it heat between 3-5 minutes and boy does it get hot! Be careful as will any tool that is heated and keep away from curious children! Once it has fully heated, roll your hair in desired style and place on your makeup or get dressed. If you want a looser curl, leave the rollers in for a short time, for a tighter curl, leave in longer. After the desired time has passed, remove the curlers and you have a great curl and style you hair the way you want! Just that simple! An easy, fast way to obtain a curl without all of the hassle. I have long, thick hair and it curled my hair beautifully! I was really impressed! Birchblogger Marcelle Colour Cosmetic Review

I had the pleasure of receiving some *Marcelle Colour Cosmetics for review. Marcelle is a cosmetic company that is based in Canada and her products are made in Canada. She not only has color cosmetics, she also has skin care products. Her products are hypo-allergenic and perfume free. Here are some pictures of the items that I received.

I received the Marcelle Innovation BB Cream for all skin types, the Marcelle Xtension Plus Mascara, the Marcelle Monochromatic Bronzer, and the Marcelle Lux Gloss Creme in the color (40) Angel. Let me just say that I loved each one of these products! At first, I was a little concerned about the BB Creme and Bronzer matching my skin tone because it is so hard to find these products for my particular skin tone but I did not have to worry at all! The first product that I am going to talk about is the Marcelle Innovation BB Creme.

Marcelle Innovation BB Cream Golden Glow

This BB Cream went on smooth with my flat foundation brush and I used a primer underneath. The coverage was smooth and it just seemed to melt into my skin! The product says that it is for all skin types, is hypo-allergenic, and offers 8 in 1 multiple benefits like:

1. Providing a healthy glow with the right illumination

2. Evens out skin tone

3. Offers immediate and long-term hydrating benefits

4.Protects from premature aging and environmental stresses

5. Promotes skin regeneration

6. Soothes and calms

7. Reduces the appearance of imperfection

8. Controls shine

 I am sold because it matched my skin tone perfectly! The product also says that it is a skin enhancer and can replace some products like a lightweight moisturizer, tinted corrector, and a make-up base. I chose to wear a face primer because it is just simple a habit of mine but it did not take away from the benefits of the product. I have combination skin and am oily in my T-zone and usually by the afternoon, I am looking like a grease ball! But when I checked on my face that afternoon, I did not have to use any of my oil blotting sheets! I was thankful for that! This will be a BB Cream that I will continue using. The next product I had the pleasure of trying is the Marcelle Xtension Plus Mascara.

Marcelle Xtension Plus Mascara

I love big, long lashes! I do not like when I wear a mascara and by the end of the day I see flakes of my mascara underneath my eye! I like a mascara to lengthen my lashes to enhance the appearance of my eyes. I got this with this mascara! The brush was not too big and just the right size for me to get my small bottom eyelashes. It did not clump on my lashes and cover each lash nicely. This mascara made my eyes pop and I loved it! It didn't make my lashes feel too heavy but it did add more curl to my lashes which already have a natural curl. I will continue to use this mascara! The next item that I had the pleasure of evaluating is the Marcelle Monocromatic Bronzer.

This bronzer complimented my skin tone perfectly! It has a matte finish and I used it all over my face to give it a natural radiance. This product says that it evens out skin tone and absorbs excess sebum (oil). Again, like the BB Creme, I did not notice a shine at all at the end of the day and my face just as well put on when I did it that morning. Last but certainly not least my last product that I had the pleasure of evaluating is the Marcelle Lux Lip Gloss Creme in the color Angel (40).

I love lip gloss!All colors and all types of shine! It just puts the finishing touches to a nice make-up look! This gloss was not too bright but you did notice that it was there! The brush glided on my lips smoothly adding a touch of light pink shine that lasted pretty much all day! Even through drinking cups of water I did not reapply once and I still had shine! This would be a great everyday gloss or to use it to add shine to a matte pink color! Another product that I will continue using! Here is a photo of me with each of the products on with some added eyeshadow that is not a Marcelle product.

With evaluating all of these products, I was extremely satisfied with each item and loved each one so much that I will be purchasing more of Marcelle cosmetics in the future! Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm for Lips is a 100% natural product that was originally developed as a nipple balm for breast feeding women but can be used on lips, feet, elbows, and knees. It is made from 100% ultra pure medical grade Lanolin. Lanolin lipids are so similar to your skin's natural oils that they easily penetrate & absorb deeply into your skin. This product accelerates the repair of the skin's natural barrier functions.

At first, I was a little bit skeptical of using a lip product that was meant to soothe the nipples of a breastfeeding mom! But all in the name of beauty and I was curious to see how it made my lips feel. I loved the design of the box! It was simple and not too much all over the place with too much color and graphics. The product was nice a small the way that I like a lip product so that it would be easy to carry in my purse or clutch. The net weight of the product is 0.507fl oz. I used it at night before I go to bed to moisturize my lips during the night after I have washed, exfoliated, and moisturized my face. The product is super thick like petroleum jelly but it glided on my lips fine and did not feel sticky. When I woke up the next morning, the product was still there. After doing my morning facial cleansing, showering, and dressing, I added Dr. Lipp's Original Nipple Balm for Lips on top of my lipstick as a gloss to make my lips shine. To be honest, I really love this product! I don't have to reapply during the day even after eating or drinking and it does not feather my lipstick or makes my lips crack. I am pleasantly surprised! You can wear it over lipstick or wear it alone and it still gives you a shine. I haven't used it on any other parts of my body like the product suggests because I am really satisfied with using it on my lips. I have found a new staple make-up item to add to my collection!

Now that we are 6 days into the New Year, new things are always happening during this time. A new semester starts for college students which is considered their Spring semester, new exercise challenges, new goals are being set, and new diet trends start to arise. All of these are all good but we should all have a new mindset as well. We should all start to focus more on our personal growth. We all want to look and feel good but as each year passes, we should not still be in the same place in our minds that we were in the previous year. Growth should be taking place everyday, anger should be worked on, new friendships should be taking place, and you should be getting to really know who you are as a person. Some people are afraid of change and want to stay stuck with who they think they are but if they just make one change that would start the process of real growth. I tried #3 Peppered Turkey and the wrap is quite a nice size. It is already wrapped for you in the package so you do not have to put it together and wrap it yourself. You can pop it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to get it at a desired temperature that is comfortable for you or your teen. This HORMEL REV Wrap is 18g of protein which is a great way to get some protein into my teen who is always on the go. He enjoyed it! Now that is a plus for me because I have a very picky eater even at his age! This is a great snack for on the go and can be paired with your favorite beverage of choice. My teen has also used this wrap for breakfast when we are having a hectic morning and need to rush out the door!  HORMEL has hit a home-run with this great snack alternative for teens!
