I used this product in the shower and I must say, I love the scent!! It is not an overpowering scent but if you are sensitive to scent, this is not the product for you! I love how it lingers hours after I use it so that is a major plus for me! It does contain oil in the scrub so please be very careful because it does make the bottom of your tub slippery. I use it on my legs and arms and it gives my skin such a glow from the exfoliation. It is not harsh on my skin as I exfoliate my skin and it leaves a light oil sheen on my skin which I love because I always use a oil on my skin right out the shower. I even noticed that when I wake up the next morning, I still can smell the scent on my skin! I try to exfoliate my skin once a week but I exfoliate whenever I am in the need for it. This is a great product and will be a staple in my shower routine!

I loved brewing and drinking this tea! It has a cinnamon smell and it tasted kind of bland to me without something sweet in it so I always added one packet of 100% Organic Stevia and it was perfect. It has a light burgundy wine color once it has brewed in my cup. You can brew it as long as you want in your cup but just know the longer you keep the tea bag in your cup, the stronger the tea will be. This is a very lightweight oil just like it states! I love oils that have multiple uses and I used this oil in my hair and on my body right after my bath or shower. It does not leave me with a greasy feel and it is not a thick type of oil. I like to use in my as a pre-poo before I use any shampoo because shampoos can be really stripping to my hair and I don't like my hair too stripped unless I am clarifying it which is once a month. I also mixed this oil with Radha's 100% Fractionated Coconut Oil which I also liked. Once or twice a month I like to do what is called an "Oil rinse" where in-between washes I just wet my hair and use the argan oil or the fractionated coconut oil as a shampoo. This makes my hair so shiny!
Another thing that I love to do is mix oils with my 100% pure certified organic Shea butter. (This product did was not purchased through Radha Beauty.) During the winter months to combat dryness, I like to mix 1 cup of Shea butter, 1/4 cup Radha Argan Oil and 1/4 cup of Radha 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil. You can either put in a blender or use a hand blender and blend until smooth. This helps with my dry skin in the winter and added moisture to my hair.
Radha Argan Oil and Radha 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil are both some great oils! My hair especially loves both of them! I use them separately and mixed together. Neither of the oils have an overpowering smell which is great for individuals who are sensitive to scents. The two essential oils that I had the pleasure of reviewing are InstaNatural's Peppermint and Lemon Essential Oils. Each bottle holds 4 fl oz and a dropper was included for each bottle. When I received the box, I could literally smell the peppermint essential oil through the packaging! Now that is strong! That is not a bad thing for me! The bottles are glass so be careful when opening. I was really surprised at the size of the bottles because I thought that I was going to get a little sample size to review but the bottles were a nice size! The essential oil in each bottle is really potent because I could smell them and the caps were on the bottles so I took the caps off of each bottle and placed the dropper caps into each one.
InstaNatural Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon Essential Oil is extracted from the rinds of lemon, which lends
its fresh citrus fragrance. This cold-pressed oil has a strong bright
scent that is both refreshing and uplifting. Its astringent and

Please make sure that you store these bottles in a cool, dark place and dilute it appropriately as it is very potent so do not use it straight out of the bottle! I have tried this product for a month and a half and I have noticed a slight difference in my oral health. As you can see from the photo above, the product is in a white pill form and the pill has a minty taste. It did not leave a aftertaste in my mouth like other pills do which is a plus for me. I brush my teeth first and as per the directions on the bottle, you are to take one or two pills directly after brushing and that is exactly what I did and waited 30 minutes before I ate or drank anything. You do not have to take the pill with any water all you have to do is chew it and like that because if I had to take with water, I probably would forget to take it daily. Since it is a probiotic, it did help with my stomach issues as with any probiotic that I take. I was diagnosed with GERD so I get acid reflux frequently. One thing that I did notice that is starting to diminish is when I brush my teeth, my gums in certain areas start to bleed. I usually experience this a few times a week but now I noticed it happening less which is a plus for me. I have not noticed any whitening of my teeth and that is not to say that it won't happen over time with continuous use it won't happen. My mouth definitely felt fresher as far as my breath and my teeth feeling squeaky clean. I am not one who gets frequent ear infections, but with the change in weather being hot and cold here where I live (NC) it helped in me not getting any colds.
Would this be a product that I would continue to use? The answer is Yes! I feel that over time with continuous use, I would be able to see some of the whitening benefits but felt that one bottle was not enough to judge that benefit. I like that it does help calm my stomach acid even though its main purpose is to help with your oral health. I love the mint taste which make it easy to take and not dread chewing it.

I have been using the product for 3 weeks and I am sure that over time, the skin under my eyes will be more lighter and firmer. The way that I use this product is I first cleanse my skin with cleanser. Then I use witch hazel as my toner to get out any dirt that my cleanser may not have gotten with a clean cotton puff. Once my face is dry, I put on the InstaNatural Youth Express Eye Gel and I pat it onto the under eye area very softly because the skin around your eye area is very delicate and I put on my mobile lid as well. I let that dry and place on my moisturizer and I am done! I will continue to use this product so that I will have the best looking eyes on the planet! (wink! wink!)
Everyone that knows me know that I LOVE Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! The combination of milk chocolate and peanut butter is genius! When I get a sweet tooth, this is my one guilty pleasure! So when I saw that it not came in a spread, I was like, "Really!" I want to try this immediately! I had some questions in my mind like, "Will this taste like the candy?" Well? Lol!

The Dead Sea Mud Mask is a detoxifier and a purifier that pulls impurities from the skin like excess oil and dirt to reveal glowing skin. It is great to expunge acne, pimples and blackheads. It also helps to
restore an even skin tone for a smoother complexion. When used as a body
treatment, the mud mask can soothe and relieve muscles aches and pains but I just used it on my face. In opening the jar, it does look mud and did not have a smell to me at all. As per the directions. you put on a thin layer (watching out for the eyes and lip area) and let it dry for 10-15 minutes. As the mud mask dried, my skin got really tight! That sort of let me know that it was working on drawing out those nasty impurities! After it dried, I took some warm water and a clean washcloth and used circular motion to remove the mud mask from my skin. It was fairly easy to remove and I just patted my skin dry. My skin felt soft and looked radiant! I put my usual moisturizer on because with any cleanser, you need to moisturize. You are only required to use this product once a week and it states that on the jar. I set aside one day a week as my "me time" spa day where I just pamper myself and this product has been added to my regimen! As with any product, too much can cause problems so once a week is more than sufficient to use this product. This product did not break-out my skin or irritated my skin at all. This would be a great product to use in your at home spa regimen for your "me time" or with your girls!
