This product was different from other facial exfoliators that I have used because it is actually in powder form. I love to use different types of products so this fit just right for me! According to the directions, you just need a nickel size amount of the powder but if you need a little more than do so and you add a little water to make a paste of the powder. Then you gently scrub your skin in a circular motion for several minutes. Then you let the product sit on your skin for five minutes to allow the lactic acid time to penetrate the skin. Then you just rinse the skin thoroughly and pat (not rub) the skin dry.  I noticed that this product helps in controlling the shine on my face and my pores are a little less noticeable when I put on makeup. This product has a clean smell so it is great for someone who is scent sensitive. I love how the bottle looks and the top of the bottle twists to open the little holes on top to dispense the powder and closes the same way. This product is great for anyone who has sensitive skin because this product can be used for all skin types.  It is suggested that you use this product 3 times a week.

I used this product in the shower and I must say, I love the scent!! It is not an overpowering scent but if you are sensitive to scent, this is not the product for you! I love how it lingers hours after I use it so that is a major plus for me! It does contain oil in the scrub so please be very careful because it does make the bottom of your tub slippery. I use it on my legs and arms and it gives my skin such a glow from the exfoliation. It is not harsh on my skin as I exfoliate my skin and it leaves a light oil sheen on my skin which I love because I always use a oil on my skin right out the shower. I even noticed that when I wake up the next morning, I still can smell the scent on my skin! I loved brewing and drinking this tea! It has a cinnamon smell and it tasted kind of bland to me without something sweet in it so I always added one packet of 100% Organic Stevia and it was perfect. This is a very lightweight oil just like it states! I love oils that have multiple uses and I used this oil in my hair and on my body right after my bath or shower. It does not leave me with a greasy feel and it is not a thick type of oil. I like to use in my as a pre-poo before I use any shampoo because shampoos can be really stripping to my hair and I don't like my hair too stripped unless I am clarifying it which is once a month. Once or twice a month I like to do what is called an "Oil rinse" where in-between washes I just wet my hair and use the argan oil or the fractionated coconut oil as a shampoo. During the winter months to combat dryness, I like to mix 1 cup of Shea butter, 1/4 cup Radha Argan Oil and 1/4 cup of Radha 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil. You can either put in a blender or use a hand blender and blend until smooth. This helps with my dry skin in the winter and added moisture to my hair.

Radha Argan Oil and Radha 100% Pure Fractionated Coconut Oil are both some great oils! My hair especially loves both of them! I use them separately and mixed together.  Neither of the oils have an overpowering smell which is great for individuals who are sensitive to scents. Both are very lightweight so they won't weigh your hair down so these will be two oils that I will continue to use during my hair journey.

InstaNatural Peppermint and Lemon Essential Oil

The two essential oils that I had the pleasure of reviewing are InstaNatural's Peppermint and Lemon Essential Oils. Each bottle holds 4 fl oz and a dropper was included for each bottle.  When I received the box, I could literally smell the peppermint essential oil through the packaging! Now that is strong! That is not a bad thing for me! The bottles are glass so be careful when opening. I was really surprised at the size of the bottles because I thought that I was going to get a little sample size to review but the bottles were a nice size! The essential oil in each bottle is really potent because I could smell them and the caps were on the bottles so I took the caps off of each bottle and placed the dropper caps into each one.

InstaNatural Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon Essential Oil is extracted from the rinds of lemon, which lends its fresh citrus fragrance. This cold-pressed oil has a strong bright scent that is both refreshing and uplifting. Its astringent and purifying properties also make it a great aid to help cleanse and tone the skin, while delivering a boost of Vitamin C antioxidant benefits. I added one or two drops to my cotton ball with some witch hazel to tone my skin after I have cleansed my face. I love it! It is refreshing and gives my face such a glow before I put on my moisturizer and eye gel which are also by InstaNatural. Also, if I used this essential oil with a little water in a spray bottle and lightly mist my carpet in my bedroom or around my home after I vacuum for a refreshing scent.

InstaNatural Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint Essential Oil is a multi-purpose oil that cools, energizes and refreshes the body and mind. This steam-distilled oil is extracted from dried or fresh leaves from the Mentha Piperita herb, giving it a sharp, menthol fragrance. Its pleasantly sweet and minty aroma makes it a premium choice for aromatherapy to improve the mind and lift the spirits. I used about 20 drops of this essential oil into my coconut oil that I use for my hair and I love to massage my scalp with it. The coconut oil is a carrier oil that works great with an essential oil. My hair loves coconut oil so I know that peppermint oil can stimulate the blood flow to the scalp when massaged in. This is the best combination for my hair since I have been transitioning to natural for 14 months. I love how it makes my scalp tingle!  I also love to just smell this oil if I feel a little down and want a pick me up of energy and it does the trick in perking me up!

These essential oils are 100% natural and steam distilled. Please make sure that you store these bottles in a cool, dark place and dilute it appropriately as it is very potent so do not use it straight out of the bottle! Essential oils work great with a carrier oil like coconut or extra virgin olive oil so please do your research thoroughly! Also, research to find other beneficial uses for these essential oils. I have now found some great essential oils and I will be going on InstaNatural's website to purchase some other essential oils!

I have tried this product for a month and a half and I have noticed a slight difference in my oral health. As you can see from the photo above, the product is in a white pill form and the pill has a minty taste. It did not leave a aftertaste in my mouth like other pills do which is a plus for me. I brush my teeth first and as per the directions on the bottle, you are to take one or two pills directly after brushing and that is exactly what I did and waited 30 minutes before I ate or drank anything. You do not have to take the pill with any water all you have to do is chew it and  like that because if I had to take with water, I probably would forget to take it daily. Since it is a probiotic, it did help with my stomach issues as with any probiotic that I take. I was diagnosed with GERD so I get acid reflux frequently. One thing that I did notice that is starting to diminish is when I brush my teeth, my gums in certain areas start to bleed. I usually experience this a few times a week but now I noticed it happening less which is a plus for me. I have not noticed any whitening of my teeth and that is not to say that it won't happen over time with continuous use it won't happen. My mouth definitely felt fresher as far as my breath and my teeth feeling squeaky clean. I am not one who gets frequent ear infections, but with the change in weather being hot and cold here where I live (NC) it helped in me not getting any colds.

Would this be a product that I would continue to use? The answer is Yes! I feel that over time with continuous use, I would be able to see some of the whitening benefits but felt that one bottle was not enough to judge that benefit. I like that it does help calm my stomach acid even though its main purpose is to help with your oral health. I love the mint taste which make it easy to take and not dread chewing it.

The way that I use this product is I first cleanse my skin with cleanser. Then I use witch hazel as my toner to get out any dirt that my cleanser may not have gotten with a clean cotton puff. Once my face is dry, I put on the InstaNatural Youth Express Eye Gel and I pat it onto the under eye area very softly because the skin around your eye area is very delicate and I put on my mobile lid as well. I let that dry and place on my moisturizer and I am done! I will continue to use this product so that I will have the best looking eyes on the planet! (wink! wink!)

Dead Sea Mud Mask by InstaNatural

I love a good weekly facial! But sometimes I don't have the time or the funds to go get a professional facial although it would be nice sometimes. The Dead Sea Mud Mask is a detoxifier and a purifier that pulls impurities from the skin like excess oil and dirt to reveal glowing skin. It is great to expunge acne, pimples and blackheads. It also helps to restore an even skin tone for a smoother complexion. When used as a body treatment, the mud mask can soothe and relieve muscles aches and pains but I just used it on my face. In opening the jar, it does look mud and did not have a smell to me at all. As per the directions. you put on a thin layer (watching out for the eyes and lip area) and let it dry for 10-15 minutes. As the mud mask dried, my skin got really tight! That sort of let me know that it was working on drawing out those nasty impurities! After it dried, I took some warm water and a clean washcloth and used circular motion to remove the mud mask from my skin. It was fairly easy to remove and I just patted my skin dry. My skin felt soft and looked radiant! I put my usual moisturizer on because with any cleanser, you need to moisturize. You are only required to use this product once a week and it states that on the jar. I set aside one day a week as my "me time" spa day where I just pamper myself and this product has been added to my regimen! As with any product, too much can cause problems so once a week is more than sufficient to use this product. This product did not break-out my skin or irritated my skin at all. This would be a great product to use in your at home spa regimen for your "me time" or with your girls!

I love to be able to have my hair act right when I need it to. I started my hair journey on January 12, 2014 to transition from relaxers to my natural curls. I have been in the market for a conditioner that makes my hair not only soft but moisturizes as well. I have now found that product! When you are transitioning from relaxers, your new growth is much thicker than your relaxed ends if you decide not to do a BC (Big Chop). I decided that I did not want to do a BC and do a long time transition but couldn't find a good enough conditioner that my hair would respond to. Until now! I had the opportunity to try out a few of their products for my honest review and the products that were sent to me was the Insta Natural Superior Hydration Argan Oil Hair Mask (8 oz), Insta Natural 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil (4 oz), and Insta Natural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum (1 oz). I love them all!

Insta Natural Superior Hydration Argan Oil Hair Mask is a hair mask that can be used as a deep conditioner and a regular conditioner. It simply has 5 (yes 5) key ingredients: Argan Oil, Amino Acid Complex, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, and Vitamin B5.  This intensive blend full of organic ingredients also serves to strengthen hair to defend against heat damage and other external aggressors. I decided to use it as a deep conditioner. As per the directions, you are to use it on damp, clean hair and leave on between 5-15 minutes. I decided leave it in overnight for a really deep conditioning of my hair. A little goes a long way when you just finger it through your hair strands and place a plastic cap so that your body's natural heat can warm up the mask. I rinsed it out the next morning and then I used the Insta Natural 100% Certified Organic Argan Oil to add some shine to my hair, and styled my hair as usual. I was really surprised at how easy it was to comb through my hair with less breakage and tangles of my relaxed ends because that is my biggest issue! The smell of the Insta Natural Superior Hydration Argan Oil Hair Mask is not overpowering and it sort of smells like a mixture of oranges and chocolate. Which I liked because I am not a fan of products that have an overpowering smell or don't smell good at all!

The second product that I had the pleasure of trying was the Insta Natural 100% Pure Certified Organic Argan Oil. This oil is virgin and cold pressed. I love that it is pure and organic because I don't like to put anything in my hair or body that is not pure and organic. To me, it doesn't really have a smell. It is not too thick and along with putting on my damp hair, I also used it on my body as soon as I got out of the shower before I dried off. It didn't leave me greasy and left my skin smooth and soft. I like to add my favorite scented lotion or body butter on top of my oil for extra moisture.

                                                        

The last product that I had the pleasure of trying was the Insta Natural Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum. Its use is for flawless and youthful skin. This product has 20% Vitamin C, 3.5% Niacinamide, 2.5% Retinol, and 2% Salicylic Acid. I like the smell because it smells like oranges. I use this serum in the morning and at night before I go to bed. I cleanse my face and then I use a toner. After my face has dried from the toner, I put about 10 drops (serum has a liquid dropper) in the palm of my hand and rub together and I just pat it into my skin and neck. I follow it up with my normal face moisturizer as per the directions on the bottle. I have noticed that my skin is looking brighter but haven't noticed any clearing of some dark spots that are on my neck but I have only been using this product for a little while but I definitely notice the brightness of my facial skin.

                                                           

I personally am in love with all three of these products and definitely will be repurchasing these items because they are now my new staples in my beauty regimen.
